How do I know what color tint is my glass?

For most car door glass windows have a green tint to them. Most people would consider this clear, but if you hold a white piece of paper behind the glass you'll be able to see the color tint. Other possible colors could be blue, light gray, bronze, or dark gray privacy. In rare occasions, there is sometimes a mirror metallic finish to the glass.

What kind of tools do I need to install my glass?

For most common door glass installations you will need socket wrench, torex, flat & phillips screwdrivers. Please note that all cars have different variations in tool usage.

What is the difference between OEM and aftermarket(OEE) auto glass?

The difference between the OEM and aftermarket auto glass is that OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) is made exclusively for automotive manufacturers and their dealerships. These parts are made to a higher degree of tolerances according to each car manufacturer's specifications. OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) Aftermarket Glass is a copy of the original glass made for the repair market. Most major OEM manufacturers also make glass for the aftermarket as well.

What is the difference between laminated glass and tempered glass?

Laminated glass is two sheet of glass sandwiched with a plastic interlayer in the middle. Tempered glass is a single sheet of glass which heat tempered and cooled rapidly to create a stronger molecular structure.

How can I tell if my door glass is laminated or tempered?

When you break laminated, it will crack like your front windshield and hold its shape. When you break tempered, it will break into tiny little pieces and it will not hold its shape.

Does your glass have the original logo (ie Honda, Toyota, etc.)?

No, only place you can get glass with the manufacturer's logo is from the dealership.

Sorry, The delivery company does not pickup shipments on the weekends. It will go out the next business day.

How do I get my tracking number for my order?

After your order is shipped you'll receive a tracking number email at the end of the shipping day. If you still have not received a tracking number, check your spam inbox for the email or log in your account to find the tracking number. If you still can't find it, please CONTACT US.

What if you ship the wrong part to me?

Although we do everything we can to get the correct part to you, unusual mistakes can happen. If we ship the wrong part, we will pick up the part or pay the return freight, and replace the part.

What do I do if delivery company loses or damage my order before it gets to me?

If this happens they will contact us about the matter and we will ship out another glass immediately.

What happens if my orders is shattered when I receive it?

If you receive the package and find any cracks, please contact us immediately to file a damage claim. Please have your tracking number available to file your claim. Also, please request a physical inspection from the delivery company. Be sure to take photos of the damaged cardboard box. From there, our delivery staff will contact you and negotiate to send you a replacement glass.
Additionally, optional insurance cover packages are available to protect your glass and expenses incurred.

How do I return or exchange?

If your shipping glass was sent to us in error, please return it to us and we will send you a replacement at our expense.
Returns will not be accepted unless the item was shipped in error by us.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be properly packaged. We are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packaging.
