For the transportation of large glass (windshields), we offer packaging solutions that protect windshields during transportation from the manufacturer to the end user.

We have achieved safe and cost-effective packaging shown as below,

• The wood used for packaging is plywood, which is strong enough to pass inspections in any country.
• Use fumigated wood for multi-glass packaging or large packaging.
• Uses a large amount of cushioning material to increase shock absorption.
• We use our unique packaging method to minimize the amount of luggage and reduce costs.
• The overall weight of the package has been reduced, reducing shipping and handling costs.
• Every corner and surface of the glass is well protected with cushioning material to prevent scratches.

Limited warranty ( without insurance )

All Glass we supply from Japan is under limited warranty for the delivery to the desired destination. The Carrier ( delivery company ) may cover the cost of damages,if it was caused by carrier's negligence or accident while delivery.

• The compensation of amount is only for the value of glass. ( If the damages was obviously found by mishandling of carrier company)
• The delivery cost may /may not be compensated by them according to their judgment after physical survey at destination.

Full cover insurance ( with insurance )

The glass we ship under full cover insurance is fully insured until it reaches you at its final destination. Damage to glass or related parts will be fully covered by the carrier and third party insurance. In the unlikely event that there is a defect, we will immediately ship a replacement glass to your desired shipping address.

• Compensation amount is 100% of Glass cost & Delivery cost.
• Replacement glass can be immediately reshipped at free of charge as compensation.

This warranty does not cover damage that occurs during installation in your vehicle.
AUTOGLASSJAPAN is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery has been completed. Additionally, damage not caused by manufacturing defects or materials is expressly excluded from this warranty

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
