My windscreen chipped then cracked so i needed a new glass to replace it .

The glass arrived on time and in perfect condition , the packaging was great and protected the glass by being wrapped in thick foam and wedged inside its wooden box to stop any chance of it moving . The wooden box was very well made and was easy to move into the garage when delivered , it was well constructed and took a bit of time to unscrew apart to check the glass .

The glass was fitted with no problems by the company i paid to fit the glass and the quality was very good .

I found AutoGlassJapan on a Google search and once i got to the website everything was easy to find and order what i needed .

The communication was excellent and any questions i had were answered quickly , payment was easy and the whole thing was done in 7 days .
